HBL Konnect
Description
For our thesis, my group members and I are redesigning the HBL Konnect app to address numerous issues related to user experience and interface. We conducted extensive research, including competitor app audits, interviews, surveys, and focus group activities, to gather insights and inform our development process. These insights are crucial for enhancing the overall app. Additionally, we are focusing on creating an impactful marketing plan to address branding issues that have limited the app's reach.
